<p>The hardest part in the anchoring process is getting into the desired state in the first place, sometimes remembering past experiences and reliving it is harder than simply constructing a new scenario out of thin air. Depending on the person, at first it may seem difficult but after much repetition it becomes more natural and easier to do this anchor technique. Neuro Linguistic Programming is all about programming the mind, something that average people don&#8217;t normally do, so expect a little hardship at first. </p>
